Pull off a small amount of wool and wrap around potential problem areas ie, ankles and toes before putting on your socks. Pure wool regulates temps, keeping your feet warm in winter and cool in summer, wicks away moisture and sweat and naturally reduces friction during periods of repeated activity. The natural lanolin in the wool also softens the skin preventing it from cracking. Walkers wool can also be used inside gloves to prevent blisters on hands during cycling etc.
